quick read all your reply.... firstly i think you got too big a reaction when you saw someone dumping her kids toys, maybe it was not the best way to deal with it, but I think you over reacted.
To be honest, I think your case (mom having no space to keep the toys) is different from her case (daughter doesn't listen to pack up toys)...
Honestly I won't throw away the toys, I will pack a few and bring them to the charity together with the gal cos throwing away is such a waste....
anyway, I think if you can critic with a better manner, you won't end up 畀圍. ... good luck
