醫生都有同我講過咁係正常,其實抽抽下既感覺6週前係最覺,6週係就少咗好多,應該話巳經唔覺.大家仲有無感覺呀?但我陰道有時會有少少自己收縮,不過就只係好輕微.醫生又無提過我都唔知係咪正常反應! ...

終於有人同我同一日預產期喇~~!我都係6月27
我都會時時覺得緊~~!間中仲會有d隱隱痛~~!
今日去健康院登記左11月29號就去照超聲波~~!
中國人角度~~豆漿係寒既~~西醫就同我講~~飲豆漿既營養唔係特別好~~鈣質亦唔多~~!我都好討厭飲奶~~但係為左個b都會飲~~!
木瓜就有人話涼~~有人話唔怕~~前排我都有飲木瓜湯~~!不過我諗臨生前飲好d~~因為多d奶水~~!
要蜈唔食得既野都好多~~我今胎都冇咁戒口~~!
係咁意數吓啦~~
綠豆~西米~豆漿~香蕉~火龍果~西瓜~蘆薈~綠茶~芒果~木瓜~冰凍的食物和飲料~~魚生~~冷盤~~太熱氣的煎炸食物~~食左有機會痾既野~~!好似有d人食隻香蕉會疴餐勁既就唔好喇~~!我個人飲熱既華田會痾~~而家都唔敢飲~~!
香腸,餐肉等等既加工食物都避免食~~半生熟食物~~涼茶~~汽水~~色素高既飲料~~太難消化既食物~~如栗子~~
太刺激既味道~~如:太咸~太甜~太辣~太酸既野~~!
海鮮盡量避免(因為有殼既海鮮含金屬量大~~對bb唔好~~)一般人仲有說法話食海鮮太多~bb皮膚易敏感~~!
仲有呀~~!醫生話深海魚或者越係大條既魚都盡量唔好食,魚越大~吸收既金屬量就越大~~
仲有信就有不信就冇既羊肉~蛇~
前幾日唔知邊個topic有媽咪講粉c係用綠豆做既唔好食~~!
盡量唔好像礦物質水~~同蒸餾水~~人地話里d水太乾淨冇晒營養~~!
一時記唔起仲有d咩~~大家補充吓啦~~!
