Mrs rose,
本人計劃提早terminate個工人,她已工作一年,應有7天大假, 解僱時除了以錢形式補大假,是否可以用early release形式代替呢? 即把terminate letter的日期寫後七天(不計星期日), 並註明release early, 並立即fax去入境處, 於是連埋terminate date起的自動14天, 即有大約3星期時間在港, 在release early期間佢有什麼意外關唔關我事?

msrose, 有好多問題想請教,謝謝．

1) 工人okay續約, 她來我家時係2006年8月26號, 咁要比14日大假她, 實際幾號她要走回菲律賓.

2) 但又發現她passport7月尾到期, 再睇原來visa 簽到6月25號, 咁係咪要去換過新的護照, 才可攪延長2個月visa.

3) 如是, 兩樣要攪幾耐, 費用邊個比, 係咪要閒日比她去攪野, 要唔要我出信比入境處同埋我一齊去.

4) 另申請第2份合約, 要幾時開始攪, 她去做得嗎, 要唔要我比自己私人東西比佢去攪 (如身份證, 住址證明, 糧單.....)

5) 一切費用係咪我付晒, 同多少錢.

6) visa係出一年或二年．

７) 但如她唔想8月番去, 想等年尾或明年3月才走 (因她囝囝生日), 又得唔得, 年假到時點計．

8）她走時要仲要計咩數．

9) 又點樣保障我自己, 要準備咩文件大家簽收.

印傭護照08jul 2008 到期, visa 簽証就 08 jun 2008 到期, 咁我幾時開始幫佢換護照同續visa, 係唔係要我一齊去, 係邊度做, 程序係點? 費用多少? 車費, 護照費用, visa 費用是僱主付/ 印傭自付, 果日係唔係當印傭工作日, 麻煩你幫我解答, thanks

我既印印做左一年,同我講話唔做, 我話你話做早d同我講, 我請個一個新, 因為我唔洗返工, 所以無苦苦挽留佢,點知佢趁我同囡囡瞓晏覺無聲無色走左, 以為佢反去印尼(因為佢拎晒d野走,留返d衫晌度)我去左警局話佢失踪備案...........點知, 一個月後,即係呢個月我竟然收到印尼工會話要告我underpaid同無假比佢放, 真係好出奇!!! 我宜家都唔知點算, agent 話不如比少少錢賠.

I need your help.

My "yan yan" sisiter now is in Hospital. I want to know when she is sick or in hospital for a long time. Does she receive any salary from her boss?

Because she always ask my yan yan to buy things in hosptial by themself (use her own money or my yan yan's money).

And, she is afraid to ask her boss about her monthly salary.

Iloilo係一個島，唔可以坐車去架! 可坐船要3日2夜先到，咁要俾3日Food & travelling allowance 即$300再加船費，咁你不如俾佢坐內陸機啦。

仲有3個月完約,想請問如果完約前一個月提早炒工人補一個月代通知金,14日後過咗留港期佢就一定要返鄉下? 冇得即時係香港上工而一年之內出境即可? 多謝!

1. 我個工人(印尼) 今年件中將完約...

(哎...我都忍佢好好好好耐了, 好dirty + Lazy + 係我99面前做二五仔)

個end date 係唔係Immd收外傭稅個end date??? 定係佢黎我家開工個日開始計既兩年???

禁....由end date起計番14 days annual holidays for her (excluding 佢每個week放個一日假), right???

禁張機票係唔係要買到去佢家...佢住Karas, Magetan...禁我要買機票去到bin個機場???

禁新工人是否可以係佢一離開我家時就黎開工???

2. 本人家中有1個小孩(4 yr old), 一對孖女(1.5 yr old), 兩公婆, 另公公婆婆每天都會來我家睇仔+eating...請問...

我應該choose what type of maid? Initially I am thinking of finding a 30/35+ filliphinno, married with kids, UAE/ elsewhere experienced + never work in HK....

以你經驗...覺得 o 唔okay呀???

從e+個印來看, Indonesian maid D quality 真係唔多acceptable especially their cleaning standard... 我個三個細路好多時都有腸胃炎...同埋家中有好多cockcoaches....so, wanna to change filliphinno...(but 都担心佢地自把自為唔聽講...)

Now I have signed the green contract. Agent said they will submit to Phi consulate today. Calculating the time that the docs should be submitted to Immi this Thur or Fri. I would take your advice to go in person with the agent. However, I may go to China and only available on Friday afternoon or Sat. Agent said they can submit first and I can bring the letter(??) and talk to the officer in person later. Should I take her advice or stick to your suggestion to go in person although 1-2 days later?

Honestly I don't trust the agent anymore and I prefer your valuable advice.

我的印傭己做了5個月,曾3次發出口頭警告,但她也沒有改善,她工作態度欠佳,對小朋友不友善ｏ想問我可否向她發出警告信,內容應樣寫呢?是不是要寫印尼文呢?可否pm sample信給我?

工人去我阿媽度幫手

自己正在待產,生完之後會去我阿媽度坐月;我阿媽屋企離我屋企10分鐘路程,我知道我工人只可以喺我屋企工作,咁如果我坐月期間,叫佢去埋我阿媽度幫手照顧我同湊BB,係咪一樣犯法?

如果係,咁係咪我地去旅行,帶埋佢去,都係犯法(因為佢工作地點變咗唔係我屋企)?

After your agent had submitted the visa application for you, you will need to wait for the Immigration to send back the White Card with a VCA number. The White Card is normally sent back to the agent's address. You can follow up with your agent about 3-4 days later after their submission of the application forms.

Your will then include the VCA reference number in your letter so the officer can trace your file record when you go to see them.

你好! 我有d請工人既問題, 希望你可以比d意見我。

我在4/10/07 巳比哂agent free, 申請印印。
agent同我講話12月聖誕前應該會黎到香港。
點知攪到而家都未到。之前又再答應我, 話呢個月15號前一定到。點知冇聲冇氣, 我14號打比佢再追, 佢先話16號會到, 點知到16號下午先打比我 , 話印尼個邊睇錯工人編號, 話我工人原來冇上到機, 變左另一個印印到左香港。一路都係到拖... 17號我再追佢, 佢又賴哂印尼個邊, 好似乜都唔知咁, 到今日我再追佢, 佢話24號前實會可以到香港。我同佢講24號唔可以, 你最遲21號一定要比我, 如果唔係我唔要啦, 叫佢退番錢比我。

我想問下, 如要卜機位, 駛唔駛等1星期咁耐? 你估下21號前可唔可以到港呢? thx!!

完約先會有early released提早完約!炒魷就只可補錢，因一個月通知期內不能扣假代替。總之人工計到最後工作天另加大假錢。另外工人離開你屋企後笫2日開始會係14日旅遊簽証身份留港，前僱主既你無須負責。
