I think painful ng painful, easy ng easy, not related to exercise, for my case, everyday walk walk walk in the airport. but still painful for 3x hours ah.
no la.. I said I like girl and my sister's expected baby is also girl so OK gar la.. no need to start work la... if we want one more bb, need to think and change alot. so better have one is enough la...
