Just met a Chinese couple few weeks ago, they have a 9 months baby. The baby doesn't has chinese name because they said it is no use to have a chinese name in Aus.
Another couple put first name with Christian name and middle name as chinese name... they said it is to avoid future being bias....
Do you think with Chinese look without chinese name really can make a different?

I don't think the middle name(s) is/are important because people call your first name and last name, they wouldn't know your middle names at all. For Chinese, middle names always the chinese name.
With a Chinese look, no matter you have chinese name or not, won't make any different. Unless the parents want the kid to follow Michael Jackson's path, from black to white, from yellow to white?!
