No !! Doesn't feel hungry at all, it's only the carbohydrate food that we need to eat less. It's really impossible to eat the same things every single day. For example, in the morning I can eat 3 bacons/3 sausages/3 hams + 2 fried eggs + 1 slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter + 1 cup of unsweetened soyamilk. I'm still within my limit because the thing that has the most carbohydrate is the slice of bread. Try to eat more meat/fish and less rice/noodles.......have to remember to walk after each meal and you will be fine. Another thing you have to keep in mind is because this is a diet from my nutritionist in Canada so I don't know if the standard is different than in HK wor !!

it should 腳腫 3 times and goes away 3 times before you give birth. But since you are so early, I think it might be because you walk too much or eat too much salty food la !! put a pillow under your ...
Thank you b9lingling for sharing the menu. Now I get the point that the trick is to consume less Carb for each meal. It's a little hard for me because I am not a big fan of meat. I eat mostly rice, noodle and vegevery day and snake with nuts, cookies in between. I will try to eat more veg and cut down the rice then.
My doctor warned me last week that I need to control gaining my weight in the speed of about +1lb/week. (I've gained 30 lbs so far and my due day is May 28th) I told her that I have no idea where the weights coming from: I've been eating the same way as before I get pregnant... and I didnt look big neither 555555... Then she suggested me to do more exercises if I can.
Now I am trying to take a short break at work for every 2 hours, just walk around and strech a little bit. I amalso planning to go to Target everyday and walk for 40 mins after dinner (I live in Chicago and it's still cold here, can't go anywhere outdoor yet). Hope this is going help... My coworker told me talking a lot is very helpful for the third Trimester. She sadi her laboring wasn't that bad since walked everyday for the last three months. Hope everyone here can stay active and we are all having a healthy little one.
Lastly... one quick question: I like drinking soup a lot. (I mostly made pork/chicken + carrots, vega soup). Do you guys think drinking soup is very fatty?
