You can try using playpen. You better ask your maid putting your little baby together with her favourite toys in the playpen whenever your maid cannot keep an eye on her because it is very dangerous to leave her alone. However, you should take into consideration that whether your maid will put your baby in the playpen for most of the time. If she accompany your baby, she has to let your baby explore around.
