except the ointment and SQ and other i gave you and the new one La Rochelle,still use other articles on your face?you need to scribble and put more ointments on the skin in the place of pimples it can cure you need patience.
kaka my baby sometime like this jar,he just eat up one 連蓉飽 lunch today,燉蛋可用鮮奶或煉奶,煉奶方便營養卡路里高好多,因鮮奶要落砂糖怕咳,一隻蛋加一匙煉奶加大半杯水打混慢水蒸3分鐘就可以燉到滑蛋了(水滾先放入去蒸),水多d燉出來就滑d,當然唔係過份多不過起碼都有一小飯碗水先夠架,水一定係用微暖熟水,咁蒸出來先平滑

我BB食好多都唔係肥,小朋友係咁架發育會扯高扯瘦,營養夠全面就ok,一歲小朋友每日需要一千卡路里的,活潑好動既就要多d,你可以自己計下你BB一日食既東西有幾多卡路里,奶粉有寫每ml幾多卡的,我食恩加健就每100克495卡,加營素每100g492即每1ml就一卡,兩者差不多,大約每兩安=60卡左右,QBB芝士一粒64卡,全脂乳酪150卡一杯,餅同羊乳片好少當佢20卡,葡萄糖每一奶粉匙160卡左右,飯仔100卡左右,肉蓉一樽120卡,咁我BB一日就吸收1200-1400左右卡路里啦,唔會倒瘦但BB間中都會胃口唔好同埋腸胃吸收唔好,有時又玩得好激,加加減減都算係適量咯,不過唔均衡,因為佢少食五谷類,脂肪同蛋白質多得好緊要,咁會好長肉同結實,但姑娘知道一定唔like咁做架.

我想"鄧"燕窩呀！因為家姐arm arm有左，我想"鄧"比佢食呀！
佢arm arm有左兩個月，依家可以食燕窩or花膠未呢？會唔會太寒涼呢？
仲有佢成日食完就嘔，咁有乜辦法呢？

$200蚊好困難,$300就可以買到一盒燕碎/白燕餅4-5塊,我買過盞記三百幾蚊一兩的白燕餅一盒有5-6塊,如果你想自己造即食燕窩雪住食一星期,一盒夠入一樽,燕窩一個人每日只可吸收到一個大湯匙食多都係痾返出來,一日一啖就最好.
燕窩不寒不燥,但兩個月肚都唔係好需要食到花膠燕窩,BB都未發育到器官骨骼同皮膚肚都未見,BB靠胎水吸收媽媽架,我果時7個月先食d燕窩補充,之前自己都只係食維他命丸,礦丸,蜂皇丸,葉酸咁,好多人都係六個月開始食下燕窩等BB出世氣管好同埋蛋白質好d肉地好d咁

.你家姐反胃就唔好食花膠住啦,食完d膠章住個口仲想嘔呀.
