Every child is god’s gift. I wish I have the courage that you have to take the plunge, so far, my hubby and I have been avoiding the “another baby” topic. !, you must be very proud of her. Truly showing her potential as a big sister.!! My hubby said he has never seen B Ching gone all red in her face like she did when she was holding Liam’s hand. 
Last night was the worst, she had milk and soup before taking a bath and she again refused to do anything in her potty until she is fully dressed for bed and I was reading a story to her in bed then she did a wee which was so big that it spilled out of her nappy and wet the bed and my night gown!!
Congratulations on your baby news! My case is similar to you, I came here in 2001 and all my families are in HK when I fell pregnant here in London 2 years ago. But I never considered going back to HK to give birth because I think having hubby around is more important as this is a “love-product” between you and your hubby ah! I also never register with any GP until I fell pregnant. I went private for my ante-natal and post natal care as my GP was very useless. 
I got a private midwife to take care of me throughout my whole pregnancy and for the delivery as well. I am very satisfied with her service and the hospital service. I cannot compare between HK and London as I have never been pregnant in HK. But I think in London, they emphasize more on natural childbirth which I like. My mum was here for 2 months after I gave birth. So that helps a lot! 又幾好播...諗住陪佢幾多日吖 e+係咪日日返架?! 不過始終陪住同放低佢嘅適應度唔同! Venus咁聰明...你多d同佢講清楚返學嘅野佢會明嘅
算佢啦 係咪有關學車野...
