I know that she might not need to get up so early in Singapore but to me this is totally related to someone's work attitude to report to work at the designated time just like how we do when we need to go to work. ?-( ?-(

I said to her that I don't want to change helper anymore...I will have a heart attack soon. but if cann't prove to me that she is capable and can totally adopt to my requirement I will have to terminate her.

Surprisingly, my husband is the one saying that "give her one more week and kick her out if you don't improve" This is the very first time that my husband has a chance to deal with helper because I am not at home in the evening.
