係呀!! 我住响香港架!! 生完 Jack 之後, 覺得自己 recover 得冇上次咁快, 但而家都七七八八啦!! 我諗住下個星期左右會開始跑步 keep fit 呀!! 希望會有恒心同有成績啦!!!

I want to ask you where you ordered your cake for your son? I am looking for all the info about the party and cake, Coz Celeste will have her 3rd B-day party in Sept. I know still have about 2 months to go but we want her to have a nice party coz it would be her first time to invite her little friends.

Happy 1st month Birthday to Jack Jack. Its good that you already finished "sit month" There's about two weeks then Celeste will start her summer holiday then I can visit you and the kids can play. You know my driving is still very suck!! I hope I can drive to your hse by then. :mrgreen:

Also want to meet up with you soon then you will know what I am talking about Celeste. We finially bought her a booster seat yesterday and we sat together for our dinner and she was happy and she ate very well at the beginning but I think after 15 mins then she said " I need to have poo poo" so we put her down , but of course she didn't poo and put her back to her booster seat then she started playing game and not wanting to eat and said she wanted to sit on Daddy's lap.

You know it end up she didn't finish her food and I am tough to her this time. I said if you didn't want to eat your dinner, there would have no other food for Celeste for the rest of the night. she said "Okay" after I tide up, she asked me for food. I said there's no food for Celeste coz you didn't eat your dinner, you said you are full. Anyways, she didn't eat anything at all last night. But she didn't complain she is hungry.

都ok啦，只要比佢知道過左食飯時間後佢唔會再有野食，佢慢慢會跟到個食飯時間。老實講佢都幾老積wor

話ok就ok。諗諗下佢其實就唔係肚餓，佢試下你離開張table之後問你佢想食睇下你會唔會比，佢試過你唔會再比野佢食，佢今晚會再試探你既，你記住你晚低線係邊，唔好心軟，今晚再話我知啦ok

不過佢而家知道你開始發威啦。

yes ar.. I think it's more difficult to tighten the lose muscle after the 2nd one. My tummy is still a bit loose even after 6months. Be careful wor, doctor said you shouldn't do too much exercise at the begining. I only started exercise when 穎曦 is about 3 months old..hee..I was lazy. It was really tiring at the begining of just starting exercise again. heee..

you'll have the persistence when you see your tummy everytime, at least this works to me ..haa
