咁幾時買薑同買幾多斤,我阿媽報名唔整薑醋,淨係買薑沖涼,其實渣定0的薑汁到時溝熟水得唔得??
大埔有4.8一斤,5.5一斤同8.5一斤,沖涼買老薑定子薑or無所謂???
仲未知買咩奶粉,聽日去citysuper睇先~~

我老公公司人多~~果陣買薑好似買左十幾斤薑同十幾斤醋~~!!
刮左d薑皮~亞媽幫我晒乾用袋袋住用黎第日沖涼時煲水~~我99都有俾d薑皮我~~佢煲左幾多醋我就唔知喇~~!!不過果陣d薑皮未滿月就煲晒~~之後先用一舊舊薑黎煲水~~不過唔洗好多~~搣1-2舊用刀拍爆佢黎煲~~好快出味~~用薑汁就比較少聽~~因為用薑件已經好快出味~~連皮帶薑拍爆佢掉落去就用得~~整薑汁咪仲煩
你睇返平果d係咪濕水既薑~~濕水既冇咁留得~~好易爆芽同發霉~~同埋8.5果d薑靚d~~睇落去d皮都厚實d~~刮起上黎易d~~最好仲係買d有泥既~~
沖涼我就真係唔太知用唔用得子薑~~不過老薑就穩陣d~~
