在gmarket買了11個銀包,其中1個扣損毀嚴重,可要求退換或退錢嗎?please help

您可以take photos 要有 paper label on the box or items (which shows transaction number and quantity,
item name, your name, etc.) and domestic/EMS invoice sheet 去

之前都試過幾次因其他問題包括退貨聯絡果邊...但是D REPLY 慢又無頭無路...最後SEND 去樓上個E MAIL...先有D 正式ANSWER...

運費係唔會我地俾...任何退貨/換貨GE 運費都係賣家付...不過..要睇下件貨貴唔貴....多數都REFUND,因為賣家會化算D...

我上一次直頭拍埋VIDEO, POST 上YOUTUBE 俾佢地睇...

其實你唔CONFIRM...遲D 都會自動CONFIRM 左...不過, 我多數都做...幾日後...唔見有問題之後...

cash balance 點用㗎？係咪要轉去Gcash先可以用？咁點轉呀？
因為我唔知點解用左cash balance 之後個payment method 變左 CASH？又改唔返用credit card?

等咗一個星期,今日終於收到貨啦, 除咗條褲冇寫邊到, 其余全部都是韓國的, 一共2鞋, 1褲, NAK4件衫同KONAD 指甲油可以自己整圖案的, D衫真係細D的, 好彩訂咗大碼, 都是小小鬆.
