hold a qualification that meets all criteria under the current model for registration, except sufficient evidence for criterion 8
have provided some evidence that you have completed medication management, and

其實syllabus有無講明根本唔重要 (好似poly有幾年syllabus係無左呢樣野), 但封信最重要.
最好比埋成段大學要佢跟住寫. 即係大咁:

只係寫medication management 無寫後面 including 唔得
只寫the nursing programme included medication management唔得, 一定要assessed successfully or successful assessment
