Both,

because 1) she kept on saying that this is not what she expected and she received no complaint from her previous employer. And her friend ask me to let her do her works the way she want not the ways that I want her to carry out her duties.

2) she said to me several times that she just cannot remember what I told her

I think yes, because she told me "I think I can't make it and I am not going to make it" but she didn't say she wanted to resign.

Hinhima and Alexismama,

I did told her firmly that what she experienced were what I will expect her to do, she must follow my instruction and schedule.

She even told me that she had too much pressure that makes her cannot remember what I told her and I keep on pointing out what she has done wrong that makes her nervious.

I don't want to keep her too but do not want to pay another month salary to her or one month notice.

Somehow she is smart because she only told me that "she think she can't make it" but did not say that she wanted to resign.

係架, 人工低兼無假放, 唔係咁多有singapore exp. ge比你揀, 係台灣高人工過香港架咋, 但台灣主要係照顧老人家, 要湊bb就唔好揀台灣ge。

咁同agent 講, 順便當通知, agent都話佢唔聽就比3,270送佢返老家, 佢都仲一身債呀

According to her attitute, I don't want to keep her as well, but it is really "唔順氣" if I have to give her 3270 to get rid of her.

She is the one to said to me "I think I cannot make it"

Very disappointing..

D BOSS 永遠都係咁, 永遠不知民間疾苦, 我地做完野比個RESULT 佢, 佢就以為好easy, 又唔問下個過程, 下次再做, 如果做得耐d, 佢又challenge 你點解上次咁快, 今次咁耐.

(我個boss 就係咁)......... :-(
