1)had interviwed完約印印，I've signed the contract & paid the fee，then had waited for reply whether maid could come eariler，phone enquiried again 3 days later that maid had already signed another contract but promised to arrange other maids for interview
2) other maids available for interview were only完約賓賓，company policy that could not refund the differences in the payment
3) the so-call 完約賓賓were:
3.1 late for 1 hour as she went to shopping with friend on the way then lost the way
3.2 ? eye problem，could not even see what she had written down on her profile
3.3 didn't turn up without reason
3.4 maid promised but had to discuss with current employer！of course disapper from now on
3.5 the stories from maid & 得成 were totally different from current employer
Then suddenly
4) urge you to interview a完約印印，claimed she were the most suitable one & no need to loss the different in agent fee；current employer highly recommended just because she was going to have a second baby that this maid didn't want to take care of NB anymore；personally I didn't like her as she told my hsd that she could speak eng but when I interviewed her in the later time (on the same day after work) I found that she could not even understand what I spoke (in eng)；since almost dealing with 得成(中環)Ms Wong for two months I signed with this 完約印印
Bad dream was started>>>
5)after maid had worked for 3 days，she didn't follow the routine & went to shampoo in the morning，I asked her what had happened，she didn't come out from the bathroom until she finished shampooing & said that she had an appointment to meet with her friends for pinic
I told her that if she wanted a holiday she could discuss with me before for arrangement；then she said she had to talk with the agent that I didn't allow her to take holiday & I though the agent could help me to explain this situation to the maid， so we made an agreement to meet at the agent at 11am as I had to arrange assistant to look after my children at once。When we met in the agent，the maid had already prepared a resignation letter but how could I bear to let her stayed in my house for another month but she could take holiday at any time she like & also I heard 得成(中環)Ms Wong promised to arrange her to work with other employer one monthe later!! Finally I decided to let her go & I paid the 3 days salary & travelling fee & airticket fee etc & she didn't required to work with my family anymore。But the maid refused to receive the payment & signed any paper except her prepared resignation letter。Of course, finally we meet again in the Labor Dept.
I strongly believed both 完約印印were搖錢樹of得成。
6) no refund of agent fee even a penny (this is company policy) & the worst was no follow up from the agent
