是的, 我是指 AOR1, 在信中已表示C6是合適做 sponsor, 申請已送回香港繼續審批. 因我在入申請時是沒有做到體驗的. 現在問題是那份 medical report , 佢地提到 directly forward to HK Visa Office, 是否我太針酌字眼!

想請問一下，Document Checklist - Sponsor話put “X”in the box corresponding to the documents you are enclosing, 但有D forms并非需要填，是否不需要在check box打"X"?

You can just send the copy to HKVO. And you keep the original copy.

I submitted with the full application. Therefore, I didn't have UCI at that moment. However, CIC can linked it when received.

I still not received AOR2, as others said not all would receive AOR2. Then, I can only go to apply police cert upon request? Croxx my finger. When did you file your application?

我今年 2 月中寄出. 但我有個問題是我用了 sponsor 個 approved email 上的 UCI NO. 去做 body check, 診所用了 sponsor's UCI 同我開了一個 file, 話 report 會 upload 上去, 但做完 body check 之後回公司就剛剛好收到 AOR2 有個新UCI NO., 我已經把 information sheet email back to HKVO, 同時我都有提到診所會將 report upload to sponsor's UCI No. , 希望HKVO 會去sponsor's UCI No.到找我的report. 擔心中...........

I submitted in mid Dec, but I only received AOR1 and SA, so bad.
