my kid also have severe eczema this 2 weeks. go to see general doctor and he give me medicine with steroid (celestamine). i don't know before so my kid take it for 3 days. after 3 days her face, neck, both hands and buttocks are very red. even the chest and the back has many red spots. really make me frightened. then i bring her to see dr.chow xxx cheong, a paediatrician with dermatology diploma (previously worked in queen mary hospital). he said that my girl's red spots over the face and the body is being infected. after examined by the doctor, he prescribed: 1) advantan for the face and neck. 2) elomet 1:10 for the red spots over the body and arms 3) phernergan 2.5ml drink before sleep. 4)flucloxacillin 5ml 4 times daily for 7 days.
it's the first time the red spots coming (before is redness only). and it also the first time spread to the whole body even to the buttock). really frustrated!
I have order the probiotics (TVB magazine) last year and ? not so effective. I go to Three Sixty in Element (Kowloon Station MTR), the sales tell me that you can choose Udo or another brand (but I forget the brand name) http://www.udoerasmus.com/products/probiotics_en.htm

My daughter have ecezma from 2 years old till now (7 years old), the body nearly cure if not scratching.
But the face is so itchy and red.......maybe always scratching and cannot stop her........
I am trying to let her eat the Eye Q fish oil, the sales said that 6 capsules per day for first 12 week and later 2 capsules for her......maybe it can help........

咼.最緊要係佢自己都有濕疹,最明白我地的心情麻.如果醫生有耐性更加好,唔洗睇完醫生d野又唔敢用同估估下.好多謝你的分享.希望可以幫到有需要的媽媽.
