Not today because I was planning to spend one whole day with the helper but didn't expect this happened to me.

Updates,

She signed a resignation letter and left my home already. She was pleased that when I told her to go immediately without having to pay me that one month notice in lieu.

真是好啦, 可能係佢根本不想做, 想resign, 又驚要補一個月人工比你, 所以想迫你抄佢.

I have the similar feeling too. It could be my luck that I can ask her to sign a resignation letter to me before she has chance to talk to her friend. Otherwise I might be the one to fire her and have to pay her 3270.

Since I work from 6-10 I can take care of the family during the day time but have to send my son to the day care centre from 5-7 then my husband pick him up before 6.
