請問到步當日約清晨6:00到步, 我應該用咩交通功具入Sentosa 好呢? 唔知咁早有車未??

Is this buffet restaurant near City Hall station? or if i take the SENTOSA free shuttle to go there? I saw they require passport n embarkation card? What's it? Thousands tks!!!
