我無去過, 但同事去過comment後, 我完全無興趣去試, mk淨得大同靚, 課室設計好多死位, 一班60人, 好多位都睇唔到老師的, 太多好奇的mongkok style 妹妹仔去上堂, 一路上堂一路傾計, 可能我和同事已經學左2年幾, 老師又唔掂, 經驗少得可憐, 對新人黎講ok, 但對熱愛印度古法瑜伽的我和同事, 只重視老師的"師資", 對靚環境完全沒有心動過半分

take care la, 真係唔舒服, 唔好上 hot, 會暈低架.....

don't know Pure's meditation is good or not.

Pure's Pranayama & Meditation lesson, i tried more than 5 times, it is ok, 45 minutes focus on pranayama and 15 minutes focus on meditation, but most of the lessons scheduled during office hour
