I have booked Jason for the ride to LEGOLAND through whatsapp together with his team. Most of the time, it was replied by his team but the response still not very quickly. After the confirmation ,Jason left the whatsapp chatgroup which I feel uncomfortable, not sure my case is really been followed. Any JM has the same experience booking Jason here?

Heard the same case before, but so far nothing happen. Still reliable. I saw a post is quite recommend 啊宝。pricing,services wise are still satisfied. May be you guys can give a try.

我都有相同情況，當所有野confirmed後，jason就離開group，現在只得我同另一位司機Toni係group，我試過問佢行程建議，佢都有覆，我又唔擔心會甩底……我係30/5去sin

I just back from Singapore, booked both ways to Legoland by Jason. I mainly chated with his team by Facebook. For me, I confirmed with them the night before the pick up, and requested for the driver's and car information. They might not reply promptly, but I got the reply before the pick up and driver was on time.
