無小朋友有無小朋友gei好，自由好多la，亦容易儲蓄，經濟會鬆好多呢！

最近幾天我gei身體有少少異常，現正排卵期，但不知為何有少量經血，只有一次、兩次（去washroom發現），又無腹痛，又無其他異樣，我又唔想咁少問題就睇醫生，唔知會唔會呢排開始做sit up 影響到呢？定更年期gei 跡像呢？

I am glad to know that there are so many members for over 40 yrs old, I want to ask any mum still owe the bank money for the housing loan, as I still need to give the bank for about $20,000 a month until the year 2020 (such a long, long time) I can't imagine, I need to work until 57, so I & my husband couldn't die before that.

situp應該唔會影響到子宮, 會否食過Ｄ藥所以引咁樣出血, 不過又似係更年期喎, 觀察多一兩日, 情況持續的話, 都係去睇醫生好Ｄ, 姊妹小心身體呀!

多謝回應及關心！
我又懷疑唔知會唔會上個月響家計會檢查後，佢話我有念珠菌，用過塞藥一次會有關係呢？

我住居屋，供完好耐la，你地一路有野做就唔駛咁擔心gei，不過負擔都幾大啊！

另外，請各位唔好見笑，因學過gei英文差唔多俾番晒老師la（畢業廿幾年lu），所以你地睇到我個topic 打漏左個 old 字，係個仔睇到提我先知錯左，e 家更正番。

I am 41, but I already have knee pain, has any mother also got this pain? The doctor suggests me to eat Caltrate (Vitamin D), how about the other mother?

I also got the knee pain for I always running to keep fit. But I haven't take any Vitamin or medicine,
because it just a little bit .

我希望係因為念珠菌gei藥所引致 la。不過小心駛得萬年船，要注意下。醫生話疲勞過度都會咁樣，最緊要無異樣或異味。各位姐妹都要小心保重身體。

inging - better check with the doctor... my doctor told me if my period cycle got mess up - may be an "old" sign.
my husband alreayd teasing me - this year brithday present is to send me a bottle of "ching sum"

I just bought a house - the first time all thru' my life.. so still a long way to go - but lucky that we don't have any kid... so no need to worry about education fee.

I don't have knee plain, but back plain.. may be sitting in the office for a long while even I use the back support cushion.. can't help much.

醫生告訴妳 "if your period cycle got mess up - may be an "old" sign", please tell me will it be so fast, just 40 years old ?

Because I just worry about my 子宮纖維瘤, this is the second time to have (1st time found in 1991 and have an operation in 1992), it has 7 cm diameter already, just like 16 weeks of pregnancy, the doctor of Prince of Wales told me that I need to keep attention to my period cycle, if it get mess up or have the bad smell, it is different from normal, so means it maybe............change to ..........

And the doctor also said that if the 更年期 come, the 纖維瘤 will become small automatically.

好多謝幾位關心呀！
我真係連老公都無同佢商量，好彩係呢度可以同你地傾下。

我睇左醫生la，醫生話我懷疑gei幾種原因都有可能，而家計會只俾一次藥就唔夠殺菌，e家要用多一個week藥，仲要留意0下下一次排卵期會唔會咁，佢話有d人係會0係呢個時間有少少經血，如唔係大量就無問題，佢亦幫我探過子宮，暫時無咩發現，但又話有時有d小水泡就要用超聲波先check到。
咁，e家無左疑問la都安心d。
係呀！佢仲話念珠菌可以唔痕、無跡像，到痕就係嚴重架la喎，所以有時有事都唔會知。
大家都要注意下la！

係喎，你地會唔會用d殺菌gei 野洗澡架？有就指教下我丫！

應該無咁早更年期，尋日醫生話大概將近50歲。
不過你都要注意身體啊！

冇事就好了, 安樂晒, 不過以我地咁o既年紀, 好容易成為有樓 "瘤" 人仕, 所以無時無刻都要小心觀察, 大膽查證呀.
我以前覺得smelly, 又或者痕的時候,就有用o野o黎灌洗陰道及陰戶, 不過成日發炎, 而家冇用lor, 反而相安無事.

我姐姐早前有膝痛，上落樓梯時更甚，後來聽營養師教她吃鈣鎂片，維他命C和蛋白質粉，現在已改善了。

oh yes... if you have 子宮纖維瘤, then the period may be smelly.. for me.. the doctor said nowadays due to the stress at work.. the 更年期 may come earlier.

My period cycle normally at 32 - now shorten to 26.. and last only for 3 days (5 days in the past). and this is all the signs for 更年期. however, my doctor also said, this stage may last for year or so... just relax and face the reality lor.

I do use the special bathing gel to stop the itchy... My doctor said most people will find it itchy during the periodm nothing related to the virus. I can't remember the name of the bathing gel, but could be found in Watson/mannings...

I did change my mattress - for the back support... but still.. it hurts (sometimes). I did not take any vitamin pills, but just try to make more Bone Soup... that's it.

Me too, my cycle changed from 28 days to 26, and it last for at most 5 days only, not before 7 days and the doctor said it is OK with less quantity rather than more.

Do you plan to go back to HK to change the ID, I cannot go becuase the kids have to go to school. But it seems you know many thing from HK, where to shop and shop for what?

Calgary - yes or no la.. Yes, plan to go back to HK to change ID but most probably will wait till 2005. so that both me and my husband could change together.

I still remember so many things in HK simply because I only left there for a year or so.. everything is still so fresh..
I do keep close contact with my nieces... they keep telling me recent "hit" and "hot" stuff..
by the way, any mom heard of Neo Pet? are they expensive in HK?

我以前都試過係咁，連坐梳化也不舒服。原來無做野就好左好多，可能跟壓力有關，我覺得女人年紀大左，無論精神，體力也肩負很大的擔子，令全身疲累不堪。

講開檢查，成2年都無時間年年驗身，有起事黎就不知怎算？
