"Eligible Transactions" refer to any local transactions which are eligible for this promotion with a minimum Net Spending Amount of HK$500 each and conducted with an Eligible Credit Card during the Promotional Period and posted on the Bank's system during the offer fulfilment period. Local transactions are transactions conducted in Hong Kong and concluded in Hong Kong Dollar currency as stated in the credit card statement. Whether a transaction is an Eligible Transaction shall be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Bank. Cash advances, annual fees, finance charges, late charges, casino transactions, purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-wallets, payments for instalment plans, tax payments, bill payments settled via HSBC Mobile Banking and/or Internet Banking, transactions made to redeem items at "RewardCash e-Shop", transactions made at Broadway Photo Supply Ltd (including Partnershop operated by Broadway and Broadway's Online Shop), Mannings, Mannings Plus, Mannings Baby and GNC Stores in Hong Kong during the Promotional Period, transactions made at SOGO Hong Kong Co., Ltd in Hong Kong between 1 December 2018 and 1 January 2019, any mail, fax and telephone orders, Octopus automatic add-value transactions, autopay and recurring transactions, and all unposted/cancelled/refunded transactions will not qualify as Eligible Transactions for this promotion and will not be counted towards the Spending Requirement.
