In long run, stock market going up around 9% per. year, just for your reference : I love :
Invectec Global Stratgeic Value 40%
Franklin Mutual European 30%
Aberdeen Global Asia Pacific 30%.
All these 3 funds have 5 stars in Morningstar, if you can hold for long term, say over 5 yrs, I think return can be >9% per year. It is better to review the holding once a year. If the funds performance still good, no need to change.
Another good choice for Asia Market is : JF Eastern Smaller. First State Hong Kong Growth is doing very good also.
p.s. other than first state, I hold all the four funds.

i ) expected return 9 - 12% over a period of 20 to 25 years (logner term)
ii) expected return 5 - 6 % over a period of 5 to 10 years (i.e. medium term)
