Frankly I know there's a size at 698 sq ft in Phase I, 3 bdrms w/1 toilet. The other size is 732 sq ft, 3 bdrms w/2 toilets. Am I right?
I know Phase I only have 1 swimming pool outside outside the clubhouse, whilst there's 2 swimming pools in Phase II, 1 inside & 1 outside. I heard that the club house of Phase II is better than Phase I. Do you have same opinion?
Phase Two
One inside swimming pool and one big Indoor swimming pool !!
Bowling , indoor badminton court and ONE small coffee shop with drinks and snack !!!
Compare with Phase 1 , 2 and 3
off Course Phase Two club hse the BIGGEST because many block there.
Phase One only 6 Block so medium size
Phase 3 only 4 Block so the smallest !!
The completion date is
Phase One then Phase 3 and the last is PHASE 2 !!!
I remember the ORIGINAL SIZE in Phase one 698 ' is 3 br and 2 bathroom Only that the master bathroom only shower NO bath !!!!!!!!!!
ABOUT the weather
When I living in Phase One I found very WET !!
I think the WET BECAUSE OF THE DIRECTION!!!!

I agree that Phase II's has the biggest club house because of the number of blocks. To be honest I do not spend too much time in the club house, however, it is one of the factors I will consider esp. I plan to have my baby in future.
I am more concern about the view and weather effect on the apartment. If I do not have a bunbun I will always close the windows for security purposes and avoid sudden rain. It will definitely affect the humidity of the apartment.
East South West ?
Means if Only Facing East / South / West is Ok !
千其不要 only 向北 or only 向西北!!
But if you always close the window then any directions is Ok !
My experiences :
IF Facing SOUTH ，In summer when I went out in the morning because still some "冷氣"，at night when I back to home not hot !!
But if facing North Winter is very Cold !!
The reason :
自然課， because of the Sun and the Earth ，in winter time，太陽會有少少偏"e"，so if facing south，in summer ，太陽照不到，但冬天就照到，所以向南樓就冬暖夏涼 :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
However, I have a friend who also lives in TKO and facing South East, mountain view. She said in Spring she can see nothing but mist only outside the windows. She has to turn on the humidifiers in 24 hours. So I think would it also relate to the quality of the property, and of course, depends on how many anti-humidity layers we put on the walls before painting. What do you think?
My old apartment was facing the SE, the walls were really terrible esp. in spring and raining season. My husband said harbour view was one of the factors...
其實潮濕的problem all the area got the same problem.
For my view I dont like wall paper，actually HK now many people will turn on the Air Conditioner !!

Many friends or people 以前住開 HK side like Taikooshing Hang Fa Chuen WILL MOVE to 維景because HK Side NO NEW building to choose !!
BUT my 99 always complain NO Shopping and Market far away !
BUT 2 br size is not 實用 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
