Paris CDG airport have a Hermes shop at Terminal 2 after immigration, you can hit it if you take CX. Don't expect too many stock as too many people go for final shopping but is cheap there since totally tax free.

Is it only one Hermes in Paris airport ? If not take CX then cannot go in ? T2 is inside the gate ? And no need do tax refund by stamp ? Thx

yes only inside terminal 2, so depends which airline you take. After immigration of course no tax as it is Duty Free.
