魚肝油主要是提供Vit.A & Vit.D. 如果bb飲奶飲得好,他已攝取足夠!coz milk powder is fortified with vitamins including A & D.

想問5歲大既小朋友, 佢依家有鼻敏感同氣管敏感, 佢依咩維他命糖又或者食魚肝油會好啲呀? 因為我個囡囡個抵抗力都好差, 但啲維他命糖個一類會唔會好易嘢痰架? 希望你介紹一隻唔好咁甜同咁嘢痰個一啲比我參考一下. 你可以pm比我, thanks!

Dr.Yonex,
can u help me please... my son is now 20mths, but he's been having 氣管"yim" on and off for a month.. everytime he needs to take antibiotics and other medicines... my question is, will he be taking too much antibiotics? (twice 5-day course antibiotics this year)... is it really necessary to take antibiotics? he's wheezing quite badly though...

also, what r the common causes of 氣管yim? is there anything that i can do to help my son? ... many thanks...

Reply: Use of antibiotics is a clinical decision of the physician. Without a thorough history and physical examination, I cannot say a word.

he's wheezing quite badly though...
also, what r the common causes of 氣管yim?
Reply: Factors include: 1) Genetic makeup- U can't do much to change. 2) Infection including Flu. Try to improve his immunity: Sufficient water intake, balance diet, sufficient rest/sleep and exercise. 3) Environment: Reduced allergents like dust, animals' dandies, and house dust mite(See PM for the summary I wrote).
