其實呢度之前有人推論過個原因, 有呢個LIST可能更可PROVE到

http://www.ugc.edu.hk/eng/qac/publication/report/report.htm呢條LINK入面係UGC的QAC的AUDIT REPORT, 有埋出的年份

如果APHRA承認呢D REPORT係一種ACCREDITATE/REVIEW/AUDIT, 咁CRITERION 2 就不成問題啦. 所以在REPORT日期後畢業的人成功多D

我都問過UGC其實在份REPORT前有無其他嘢做過, 係有既, 不過真係無果份REPORT咁全面. 所以達唔達APHRA要求, 真係好難講, 亦都係任佢講

而且, 我SEND完UGC份嘢俾個CO, 佢成個星期都未覆我. 唉, 我諗都凶多吉少. 好傷心.

APHRA replied me finally today as follow:

According to the UGC’s website, the University of Hong Kong was first audited in 2009, however, you began your qualification in September 2002 and completed this in 2006, which is before the accreditation commenced.

就好似上面咁講, approve or not depends on the year of auit by UGC

其實除左要有accredited過，仲要係AHPRA 認可。所以就算以前Teaching and Learning Quality Process Reviews 過，佢都未必會承認。

A semi-autonomous body, the Quality Assurance Council (QAC), was set up under the aegis of UGC in 2007 to assist in discharging the quality assurance responsibility. QAC conducted its first round of quality audits from 2008 to 2011 and the second round of QAC quality audits is now underway. AHPRA reply話TEACHING AND LEARNING REVIEW, 只係有關個COURSE, 唔關個INSTITUTE事, 所以都係唔得. 我見個AUDIT REPORT仲有關 learning environment, staff and management, etc, so 只係果個REVIEW都係唔夠
但係我今朝狂睇UGC個WEBSITE, 佢其實一直都有同幾間大學做review, 亦都有report. 有staff, cost, management, accommodation, etc. 所以我會繼續同UGC周旋. 起碼我想知APHRA對INSTITUE的audit standard係點, 再問問UGC FULFILL到幾多.

其實佢好明顯係無詳細睇過就答你. 明明有 review 間大學又話無, 最多答你唔夠全面啫.
其實真係最好要UGC同大學各一封信比佢加report"推"佢.

我之前問過, 其實對你嗰個只係CO, 佢仲有個 Senior CO 睇完啲文件先送去 Broad meeting.
佢咁答你佢似連比Senior CO睇下O唔OK都無.
明顯求其答.

但事實係AHPRA接受左QAC quality audits喎.
QAC quality audits 雖然同
Teaching and Learning Quality Process Reviews 係有一定分別 (我無詳細睇份Report), 但一定係有對間學院各方面嘅評審, 內容可能有些微差別吧. 但大致上應該差別不太.

而其實AHPRA 對institution accreditation 又無明確嘅要求.

所以接唔接受好難講, 條線根本喺AHPRA度, 係絕對可以隨時改變 (因應需求).

老實講, 我認為 UGC 同大學其實只需要同AHPRA確認係有對間大學做QAC quality audits 或 Teaching and Learning Quality Process Reviews 同年期, 同附上REPORTS咁已經足夠吧. 接唔接受係睇AHPRA.

最後AHPRA唔接受無辦法.

唔需要佢咁明確咁講"do not/did not involve any registration or accreditation with the institutions." 其實 review/accreditation/audits 呢個字眼, 好難分清楚.
