Oh yes...i've not picked up my copy of the new catalog tim, thanks for reminding.

15mths+...then carlos have to wait almost 1/2 year to use it? Do find that he is really 2 months behind everything...

really?? i didnt notice it if mitch is behind or not??!! i just think if i bought it early, then he can learn to ride early, so until today, he still doesnt know how to ride it! so maybe i have to wait until summer, then he can ride it outside!!!

so i think u can buy it now (doesnt mean ask u to buy this trike from argos) then let carlos play with it and used to it. then he can learn to ride afterwards. if u see what i mean!!

Tonight I will cook roast pork chop rice with onion/tomatoes/green peppers/mushrooms.

Just put everything in the oven to bake (so easy). Then add some baked beans when serving the rice. Is it enough 汁for you? Are you thinking to cook for Mitch or you & martin ?

For tonight I don't put rice to the oven.

But you can put rice to the oven and on top of it put some pasta sauce. So it will like those 'bake rice' from the fast food restaurant in HK.

I also have headache to think of what to cook every night la!

Do you cook 'soy sauce chicken'?
or you can cook Lemon chicken/pork?
What about macaroni cheese for Mitch or u can try pork/chicken with sweet corn sauce rice for him? or what about mince beef with tomatoes sauce + peas? That should have enough sauce and easy to eat for a toddler!

What about some simple lunch + a proper dinner?

For simple lunch, u can try fish fingers + mashed potatoes + carrot sticks.
or roast chicken sandwiches + cucumber sticks + yogurt.
or pork sausages + roast potatoes + broccoli
or just simple scramble eggs on toast + veg?

Macaroni cheese is very easy. It is slightly different from normal 'white pasta sauce' cos it is more cheesy with lots of cheese (so i think it is good for children!)

But if u don't have time to read it, do u know how to make a 'white pasta sauce' with milk and flour?
If u know, after u make the white sauce, u just adds lots of cheddar cheese, once the cheese has melted, u can stir in with the pasta. Then it can be served!
And u can add some veg on top to make it more healthier!

個粟米雞﹐點正架?? 同埋minced beef﹐你覺唔覺得好chewy呀?? 有時自己食﹐都
要chewy好耐!!

Soy sauce chicken is also very easy.

If you can use 'soy sauce chicken sauce' it is even easier. But if you don't have it, u simply just
add 1/3 cup of soy sauce + 1/3 cup of water + 3 table spoons of dark soy sauce + some sugar (rock sugar or brown sugar) (a lot of people add wine but I don't) + chicken bring to the boil, and leave it until the chicken is all cooked. (of course turn over the chicken from time to time).

Then it can be served, see how easy it is?

Chewy cos the meat is too thin ( i think), Usually if I mince it myself (cos i will buy thin beef) it will be very chewy. But if you buy those ready packed beef (which is usually cheaper tim) from supermarket, it should not be too chewy. Of course don't over cooked it, beef will become chewy if over cooked! So normally I will make the tomatoes sauce first then add the beef at last, so to minimise the time that the beef is in the hot fire! Once the beef is cooked, i will turn off the fire!

I never bought red cheddar, but i think it is the same jeh?! Try try la! Cheese got lots of protein for children ga!

Have you ever eaten the Chicken in Creamy sweet corn sauce with rice in any Fast food restaurant in Macau? It is very very simple and easy la!
Have u ever seen a can of creamy sweet corn sauce in supermarket? (it is can food! not sweet corn but creamy sweet corn, like those for making sweet corn soup).

So after u stir fry the chicken breasts (u can add onions, mushrooms too), just add the can of creamy corn sauce + 1/4 can of water and bring to the boil (if the sauce is too watery, u can add some corn flour water lor). Then it can be served with rice la. Easy easy!

Lemon chicken sauce is not difficult la.

U can deep fried the chicken first. (if u don't like deep fried, u can simply just stir fried it).

For the sauce, squeeze half of a lemon + soy sauce + sugar + corn flour
bring it to the boil and put on top of the chicken, that is.

If u want more lemon taste, squeeze 1 whole lemon lor.

Irene said she loves Sabah because it is hot, she can go swimming everyday, she can travel by boat too! haha....
The food there is nice too, not only seafood, the hoi nam chicken rice and the "meat bone tea" is wonderful too!
but the shops are quite "lo tou", so no good if you want to go shopping.
I think it is nice for the kids, Trevor and Irene swam far to see the fish.it is great fun for them

it is good idea to add some mushroom and onion into the creamy sweetcorn chicken wor!
for me, if it is too watery, i'll add an egg into it,to get more nutrients.
