Hi, this is my first time to post comments here. Hope to share my experience with you. My son is 6.5 months old and he don't like to drink milk at all (only 3-5 oz per meal), so after discuss with doctor, I start to give him solid food at 5 months. Below is what I give me now for your reference.
Fruit : peach, banana, blueburry, apple, pear orange, mango, apricot (dry), papaya.
Meat : pork, chicken, beef, fish
Vegetable : broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, sweet potato, pea, potato, carrot, sweet corn, pumpkin.
Others : yoghurt, cheese, small pasta star, oats
Just read this topic and found that all the mummies are very kind to share the recipe....may I know when we can make the porriage to the babies? My little boy is now five months...I'm giving him cereal and fruits apart from formula....thanks a lot!!
我通常係supermarket嘅sushi counter買已pack好嘅三文魚(已去骨)
步驟:
1)用清水洗淨
2)比少少salt seasoning (becoz my little son is nearly 23 mth)備用
3)預備一些蒜頭/ 蒜蓉 (if u like u can add 數片 ginger) ==> 用以去魚胜味
4)把蒜頭/ 蒜蓉(& ginger -- optional)加落三文魚度一齊蒸約15 mins
5)把蒜頭/ 蒜蓉挪開,把已熟的三文魚切碎加落煲好的congee度便成(我通常會落埋免治牛/豬肉一齊煲)==>好好味
