I remember I saw a big 2 floors retailing shop in CWB when I went to a Japanese food shop, but no time to walk in last time. I guess the retailing price is not low coz. of very high rental shop fee there....

How to 獨吞?? It will reflect in individual tax bill wor. U too use combined tax assessment??
