Beanstalk 有個website, 不過都係日文, Daddy 用某網站做translation. But anyhow, it's quite easy: 1平匙 (記住係平匙, 因個spoon 好淺, 好似我地飲凍0茶D spoon 咁) 開20ml 水, Japanese milk powder 計法係計開完晒既vol 而5係加晒(最後開完)水先倒奶粉. For example, 我開200 ml milk for Holman, then I will put~150 ml cold water + 30ml hot water (ie total 180ml) then put 10 spoons of milk powder --> the result will have totlal 200 ml milk ga la~ If you still don't understand, I already pm my phone no. to you and can direct explain to you (P.S. if you make the milk like HK milk powder, it just 開稀左, no problem ge~)
