I 've been reading your posts and I love your guts in investing.
But my father always said when buying properties the interest rate is 'balloon' type. It's like almost double the buying price after 20-year mortgage.
So the interest rate is not what it seems. Is it really more profitable to buy flat when I have to apply mortgage or better off buying stocks in the long term?

However, what you should consider is that: Do you have enough income (salary) for having 2 flats at the same time? (in the worst case as you can't let it for some months)

That's why I like those flat in TKO (still below market price now).
For the falt in淘大 400 呎果d, 最平都要 165 萬 - 185萬, I guess it mak rent for 6-7k.
However, 東港城 can rent for 10k for 2 flats room. It is because 東港城 真係好實用! However, the price is high (out of my ability ) now.
