Can u change the timing for eating the honey? At the time u just pumped and feed Ellen so that there is a time gap??

Or reduce the amount u consumed and see whether Ellen have "ee" sound again?

Yes, HK Gov't still provdes 50-60s. outdated medications in many speciality to HK citizens due to Cheap Cheap budget control. Be fair, some good medications are trying to use, but pacing seems so slow ...
