I see 南豐 before. I like the location and those 1082 flats. However, it is 'diamond' sitting room.
The price is very stable for 南豐. i.e. it would not drop or rise too much.

Yes, it is because
the east point city, the 2 rooms flat about 600 (58x ?) sq feet is almost with the same usuable area compare with 蔚藍2room about 700 sq feet. (68x?). And the sitting area of 蔚藍 is very narrow (about 6-7 feets only for 2 rooms), and the distant between the 2 walls of sitting room is almost 10-12 feet (I feel) for east point city. Can you image that?

I don't think so. 其實聽過有人話"南豐"質素唔係咁好 just because 南豐 is a smaller company compare with others.
However, the price is also lower
