You can get the bluebox on Eglin Mills between Leslie/Bayview right next to the Richmond Green Arena or as sleepdeprivedmom had said, start out a good relationship with your neighbor by stealing their bin (Of course, you won't do this on me, right??! )
Doggie,
OMG, I better check my IQ/EQ, I am been enjoying all sort of Hollywood computer generated cartoon from Bug's Life to Monster Inc. Okay except the 'ROBOT' and 'Transformer' cartoon in CH25. Physically I am in the 30's but mentally I am less than 9 years old. Maybe your godson is using Shakespeare language. 'It's so GAY' can be meant 'HAPPY'.
Oscar, will take yr advise to see the Hulk tonight. for my 2 godsons. "Gay" is the word they mentioned on a daily basis. I don't know what they really meant, but definitly not "happy" as when I teased him about the dance party that he is going to have (for grade 8 graduation), should I act as his girl friend to practice the dance ? he will just say "you're so gay!"
yes, I just like you - watching all the cartoon in the YTO - spiderman, superwoman, the ice-age.
Also if you are interested in good food, please read the following info. I highly recommand Canoe, Auberge du Pommier and Jump...

I did not see the movie last night but went to see the doctor.
mind my asking a silly question. why we need to pay the prescription fee $12+ for each course the doctor gave to us? Both of us got the so called "hay fever" (I guess that's the correct spelling) and need the pills, eye drops & the nasal sprays. On top of each of the course, the drug store charges us each $12+.. are these standard charges? or vary from each drug stores? which drug store is cheaper in charging that?
also, the person in the drug store ask us to keep the receipt for tax claim? can we claim it back from gov't ? how does it work... any Mom/Dad give me better idea on this?
Poohpoohmama

doggie,
are your god sons from England? how old are they?

the prescription fee varies from different drug store; and this fee applies to every single medication. so the cost is quite expensive if you have several medications. you can check with different drug store for their price. i don't know which drug store is cheaper as i don't care about this - paid by medical insurance by my company - save a lot of $$.
the receipts is not for claiming refund, but when you fill the tax form, there's a column for you to write how much prescription fee you have paid for the said year; you can then deduct the amount from your total income before tax - so your total income will be a bit lower. however, there is a limitation on this (seems to be % of your income or so).
ckkwkl
thanks for the info. my company only paid 75% on the drugs, so still need to pay a lots on such. the drug store I went is the guardian, which is just next to my doctor... will the one in walmart charges less on that? just need to save every penny.
as I did not fall in to those statistics group - every canadian has $120K+ assets :-P
I believe Walmart has a lower prescription fee like $6. They usually have a sign to tell you how much it costs for prescription fee. When I moved here, I didn't know that there is a prescription fee, I was so confused when I saw the bill... so rediculous!! the drug may cost only $3, but the fee is $12! We didn't have that in Montreal ga.
Try HXXX can't remember the name of the place. The one in New MongKok seems to have cheaper prescription fee too.
Oh I see... I know, god parents is a Catholic practice... but I guess we can't find a better term to describe "kat yeah, kat ma" in English.
Poohpoohmama, thanks will try the high & Zels(???)
ckkwyl, will the eye glass be included during the year end income tax submission? As I need a new eye glass (bifocal one) after my eye exam. How about the dental? what else will be included for the tax deduction?
doggie
it seems that glasses and dental are not included in the tax deduction. prescriptions from family doctor only.
if you have medical insurance with your company, check with them if these two are included or not. for mine, glasses - claim upto $100 every two years, part of the dental are free and pay certain % on others.
ckkwkl, my company is cheap, no coverage for the glasses and dental... so every money count.
I just got a circulation for ordering the insect repellent from Watkins. can't remember is poohpoohmama's girl will be going to camp or not, you might have to buy that. Not sure if it is cheaper than outside or not, but I will buy one for my godson as he will go camping for 2 weeks in Aug.
doggie
thanks. it is my elder girl going to camp, back already. and she really enjoyed herself. i have bought for her, as without the insect repellent/sunscreen and hat, you cannot go on the bus (check before boarding the bus)
doggie
Does your company pay for the admin. fees from the pharmacy? Mine pay up to $8 and if the admin. fees exceed that amount, I have to pay the difference. It's true that there are no stnd. admin. fee. So, do shop around. I go to WalMart too for prescription. Also, even the company insurance will up 75% of your drug claim, but some would said only to generic brands (no name brand). So do check with your HR.

I almost miss my train yesterday. Are you taking the 6:40pm train? The Richmond Hill shuttle bus is route 86A in platform 7 next to the Newmarket GO bus in Richmond Hill GO station.

Are you going this coming Sat. charity event from CCC (I think it's called Cheap Chinese Company ) in MTCC or the Fairchild Wonderland?
Today, we received the company memo that our company will close on June 30 so that all hard working employees will have two days off. (That's LONG WEEKEND) Unfortunately, I have to work that day because some satellite office brokers do work on that day and being a Technical Service, I have to be on site. But I can pick another day off within the remaining months.
I usually take TTC at night to meet with my husband and we go home together. But I do sometimes need to take the GO home and take the bus. I am not sure what bus to take from GO to home. It seems it may stop at Redstone and Frank Enden.
It is super hot!! I couldn't sleep well at night. My sister doesn't have CAC yet! :-x
