I often briefed and closely monitored my maid when she just arrived, she now is very cooperative and responsible at work....so thanks God!
With my observation and relatives' experiences, I find those married and with kids maids are most suitable.
Because they relatively are mature to focus at work for earning and saving money in HK, but not "wet" and "talk mobile phone" most of time.
