Thanks Gloria & Kitty for your kindness.

The doctor gave 2 kinds of 'fever' medicine. One is general Panadol for mild fever and the other one is for high fever. His dad made a mistake. He thought the high fever one should be used together with the Panadol. So, he gave both medicines to my son. At the end, my son got low body temperature.

Careless papa!

I keep on praying to God. With God's mercy, my son is still so playful and energetic. Hope he can recover soon for the interview next week.

Hello, Kitty,

Which will you choose for your son? SPCC or DBSPD?? Why?

Yes, Adrian is super shy boy and he always needs very long time to warm up whenever he goes to a strange place. I really worry about how he can handle the P-1 interviews next year.

I left earlier last friday to the doctor, my 眼疮swelled again, have to take 4 days antibotics + 1 week eye cream, if all these don't work, I'll have to go for operation

Your father is 85, how's his health? My dad will be 80 in Jan, thinking to 罢大寿，however, he's not too healthy, suffering from all these 老人病 :cry:

Thanks for your kindness. His fever vanishes already. But he is so lazy that he does not want to go to school. His excuse is what if his fever comes back again when he is at school and no one will be able to fetch him back. So cunny a boy!!

It's too early for me to choose bet. SPCX and DBX cos actually I've not yet succeeded to get a place from the latter.

btw, I prefer my kid to study in a co-ed environment at primary level whereas a unisex school at secondary level. Seems both schools cannot serve this purpose.

Heard that the rate of admission to SPCX from BH this year is much lower than past years. Any idea?

I only like to watch the kids show organised by PIP/Theatre Ensemble (in which Jim is the principal) e.g. 查查查篤撐, 阿里巴巴爸爸, 鍚鍚啤啤熊 etc. No interest on other Jim's show la.

My hus and I also laughed for 3 hrs, my son enjoyed the show on last Friday too, luckily he didnt sleep because he is one of Jim Chim's super fans.

My son has the same characters of yours, so he failed the interviews. :-(
Last time he participated his classmate's birthday party, he need nearly 30-45 mins to warm up, even his friends urged him going out to play with them once we arrived!

Took Jun to Trinity interview last sat. He didn't want to go into the classroom, fail to respond all of the question. But when I asked him if he liked the school, he said yes ?-( I think I will just let him study in KLLC

Will not travel in X'mas cos the package price flies as high as the plane. Better wait till next summer. I now seriously consider Japan Thomasland. Wanna join?

Well, both KGs / nurseries rank the same to me, as you know. In our case, KLLC admitted piglet first (in end of May) while Holy Trin called to say they would admit him, in mid-Sept, after school started for 1m.
So did he perform better in KLLC ? Any reason ? I would have expected kids to like the playground / slide system outside Holy Trinity better. ?-(

The min. purchase amount to qualify for Sing GST varies from shop to shop woh. Also, the shops would charge an admin. fee, deduct it from GST refund amount, before you can get something in cash back from the GST claims counter at the airport. So the more you buy from a shop, the better the RATE of GST refund you get. i.e. as far as possible, concentrate in buying from a few shops and in 1 day, instead of buying here and there.
Also, NO GST refund on roast pork purchases.

Frankly, Jun was really attracted to the outdoor playgroup of Trinity and of course the ball pit in the activity room. But seems to me that he hates the classroom. It was the 2nd time that he was reluntant to go in (Junpa said maybe it feels like in a hospital

). He really perform better in KLLC, at least answered the teacher (though voicelessly) and really excited to see children attend class when we went for registration.
