Chicken - Celery stir-fry with chicken, courgette 煮雞, 豉油雞, oyster sauce chicken wings, curry chicken with potato, tomato sauce 雞扒焗pasta....
Pork - 梅菜蒸肉餅, miso 煮 minced pork (or beef) and aubergine, courgette+肉粒+蝦米+冬菇湯, 洋蔥朱扒, cabbage+onion 炒肉片...
