in fact, when i bring j to Toyxxus.. he will take someone's toy (mostly is ball), his action is very fast, so , i will say to him , "can't take someone's toy, u've to ask", and say sorry to the kid (usually with parent). ....................... in fact, for the case u mentioned, it's really difficult to solve, any comments from andy?
