ahbocat, thanks for reminding, my family doctor did told me about the extra imuses too, but i personally think whatever the gov. suggested should be good enough. I pity appreciate with my dr. doing to us, since he is taking care my parents too, so he knows all our family history and which also suggest my baby to have the Hep-B earlier than what gov suggested too.
anyway, thanks a lot for all the reminding and suggestion too!! i will go online and check check those optional imuse and medicine too. see if my baby really need those. :D :D

咁就好喇！如果你啲家人都係睇哩個醫生，咁佢實比到好多good建議你。我個家庭醫生就話佢太耐冇睇BB，啲器材都冇擺喺office，不過如果我搵唔到兒科，佢都會幫我睇。你知啦而家搵醫生好難（唔好話要搵個好好嘅），個個都唔收新patient！

yes ar .. my family doc was working in one of the famous OBs hospital in HK for a while and who now start taking new patients again too!!

早兩日飲0左少少豬潤水（後來先知豬潤會回奶），兼因為食緊藥無餵一日，第二日就即刻唔夠奶啦！之前試過一次pump到4oz，呢兩日得1.5oz，都唔夠一餐份量。有咩辦法可以谷番多0的奶呢？

I normally clean them with water only, and then sterilise, but once in week I use normal detergent to clean them, but ensure I rinse it very very clean then put into steriliser.

for more flow in breastfeeding can drink more papaya with fish soup. and eat more rice and rest more will help too.

Queen: if you are in medication, please make sure you keep pumping the milk and to keep the flow continuous, even though you are not using that milk to feed your baby.

I feel so happy that you are all keeping your breast feeding sprit that hard which I already gave up since my 9 9 not really supporting me as well as myself already start working. keep it up you all!! I fully spritually support you!!!

like other mama said, drinking more fluid , fish soup would help. for me my milk supply will booooost up after i have chicken soup.

我個醫生同我講, 之前安省醫生收病人個上限已經無0左. 所以有好多醫生會開始收番new patient. 因為可以多勞多得.

我都好surprise 我同bb 好快就有醫生收. 不過如果好有名果d 有好長waiting list果d 又係另一樣野. 你地可以問下你地醫生.

飲咗幾日木瓜魚湯，再加埋黑豆炒米茶，之後比BB埋身食，佢係食得ok，不過就比bottlefeed餵得密0的囉。最慘係佢latch得唔好，啜到我損咗，而家好鬼痛。想泵岀0黎比佢食，不過每次都泵得少少，搞到我都無心機泵，寧願辛苦0的埋身餵。

希望我可以繼續堅持落去啦！

有無一邊無0甘痛? 定兩邊都損? OWEN 一開始都有latching 問題, 痛到我喊...但bb會愈食愈好. 0甘mama 會無0甘辛苦, 希望你快d 好番~

哈哈！阿Queen，同你同病相憐！我都損哂！哈哈哈！Marcus可能係想出牙，或者佢比較黐身，鍾意媽咪牌奶咀多過塑膠嘅...最近咬到我飛起！我又驚自己係nipples infected，因為真係好鬼痛，所以心情有啲差！而家唯有換密啲pads，唔好比o個度濕住，搽啲polysporin，泵奶instead of埋身...哩一兩日又好啲！我最慘就係用咗Medela o個個唔知乜鬼gel pad（sample嚟嘅），諗住舒服啲，點知重衰！So MAD！！

keep 住乾爽清潔, 勁搽高高, 會好好多!! 好彩owen 未有咬我, 佢都未有牙仔. 但最好latch 得唔好果d痛..我都對兩位mama 感同身受.
