i am really in bad mood these days. i don't know why. I think i really need to try meditation.

i found that i don't have happiness in my heart deeply. i found that i have too many hart in my heart.
i am angry with my parents, i am angry with myself, i am angry with my fate. i don;t know how to ease these pain.

我估你d斑好似用一次0.5mm既墨水筆點係塊面到咁,而我之前都有呢d斑,但打左1次彩光後就甩晒.而家淨番d雲/片斑,好似d老人斑咁一塊塊,但又唔係黑色,係啡色.美容院d人話打彩光好難甩,suggest/遊說我同佢地買冷光.

係呀, 因為之前學左2年美式, 都唔進步, forward bend 時額頭仍然仲差成......呎先掂到knees.......... 學左古法十日, 我就介左煙, 一個月就額頭掂到knees啦......

其實我覺得第一次去hot最好去大房試下先,不過jandt話要去small room,strwong...hehehee..... u scold jandt la!

but, be serious, i like hot yoga coz it's a really good time for you to strengthen your mind & your concentration. you can clean up your mind during hot yoga!
