I called British Council and there will be course for "Bright Start in English" in the coming Nov, Feb & May 2008 (for 2.5 to 4 yrs old)

Please note that the course will be on weekdays or Sunday only, no class on Saturday. Totally it costs $3700 (weekend) or $3,515 (weekdays) with 9 sessions of 3 hours each.

New course information will be released in the website on next week.

其實Mac D色幾好.要做smokey eye 的effect,有好多都ok. 最重要is the eye line. smokey eye is 由淺至深,越近眼要越深,最後上eyeline. 個base 一定要無dark eye circle, otherwise 會好似 panda. ...
