芋茸雪球

芋頭1個(大)
糖3湯匙
糯米粉1杯
油1茶匙

芋頭用水煲熟後去皮,趁熱加糖搓成芋泥,把甜芋蓉分6份;

加入1/2杯滾水入糯米粉,用筷子攪拌成漿後再加入油,用手搓成乾硬適中粉團;

將粉團分成6份,每份展平成圓形薄皮後包上一份芋蓉搓成球狀;

把芋蓉雪球略壓平,用易潔鑊慢火將兩面煎至金黃色,也可把芋球放入滾水中煮熟,隔去水份後,在芋球面滾上椰絲。

*I don't like 椰絲, I put 黃豆粉 instead.

糯米包  

有味糯米飯1碗
雲吞皮5張

1. 有味糯米飯1碗分5分搓成5個球形
2. 取雲吞皮分別包好,收口向下,放在抹油的蒸盆上,蒸5分鐘

pala done!

我通常用當日 boil 好的湯 ‘6’ 粉 比我個女當 lunch 食.

通常用:
烏冬
公仔麵
意粉
河粉
通心粉

簡單, 方便, & 有營養

浸雞

煲一鍋滾水(水量要覆蓋至整隻雞面) 把雞放入鍋中,待水再滾起後熄火.

雞浸約1小時

瀝乾水份待涼後斬件上碟

可點新鮮自製薑容 -- 薑磨碎+小小鹽, 再張浸完雞的湯上面的油林在薑容上. Done

浸完雞的雞湯可加其他材料再煲湯

好多人問我有無加鹽入去煮比我個女食.
我的answer 當然是有 la.
女女細時煮的粥仔我已經有落la.
請問一問自己無味你食不食?
如果你也不食, how can you expect a 1 year old (or older) eats it?
小小鹽, doesn’t hurts.

不算是 picky eater…lucky la.
這裡同大家share的食譜全熟於好簡單的煮法.
我也lazy 的. 這裡的食譜適合每個mama la.

Foods Babies Should AVOID:

From the moment your baby was born, every MOM will sure be concerned about baby's diet and eating habits. Your caution is warranted, because introducing certain foods during infancy can cause problems-everything from triggering allergies to encouraging unhealthy eating habits.

You should avoid the following foods during baby's first year and, maybe, beyond:

Foods that commonly cause allergies & many dr. suggest that you wait until baby is 12 months old before giving these:
Cow's milk
Egg whites
Chocolate
Citrus fruit (orange)
Fish and shellfish
Nuts (peanut butter)

Foods that can cause illness (wait unit baby is 12 months old or older, if an illness affecting the immune system exists):
Honey
Corn syrup and sugar syrups

Choking - baby under the age of 4 are at risk for choking on the following:
Popcorn
Nuts
Peanut butter and other nut butters if eaten with a spoon or spread thickly. Reduce the risk by spreading thinly.
Small, hard candy
Grapes
Raw carrots
Hot dogs. Make them safer by taking off the skin and cutting lengthwise, then again into smaller pieces.

Foods without nutritional value:
Candy
Soda
Fruit drinks (allow a limited amount of 100 % juice instead)
Sweetened cereal

Giving salty foods also may encourage baby to develop a preference for them. Some people are salt sensitive and are more likely to have high blood pressure, so getting into the salt habit early can be a bad idea. Salty foods that provide little nutrition include:
Potato chips
Cheese curls
Corn chips

I've tried 蒸肉餅加豆腐在肉餅下面 with rice yesterday, i daughter like it, thanks! What else can i add to 肉餅, I add mushrooms today, do you think thats it ok for baby?

I've included alot of 肉餅 recipes in this forum. You may try anything that catches your eyes.

You don't have to 蒸肉餅 all the time, you may try 蒸 fish & adding the 豆腐在下面.

Basically, you may 蒸 anything you may think of & adding the tofu underneath.

我通常是去market買現成的 (like Prego brand).
如果想簡單D 可倒落去Pasta 上食.
如果想好味D 可先炒好碎肉, 再加diced 好的fresh tomato, 再加現成 pasta sauce, 再加 pasta. Pala done!

Introducing 5 toddler treats:

1. Pumpkin bread - moist, sweet, & packed w/ vitamin A

2. Pizzas - the cheese is full of calcium

3. Banana splits - go heavy on the bananas & strawberries & use healthful frozen yogurt (full of potassium, fiber, vitamin C, calcium, & protein)

4. Baked apples - fiber

5. Veggie cheeseburgers - healthy fast food

我女女好鍾意食魚蛋, 她說是 ‘ball ball’ wo.
所以我常常加魚蛋 or 豬肉丸同其他肉一齊炒.
