It's just from the pharmacy. I tried not to take medication as well and I read every fine print to see whether I can take it.
Most medications would say not for pregnant women or consult doctor if you are pregnant. This one actually said "is suitable for pregnant women"' and the manufacturer is Wyeth. So I took it and felt better. I just needed one so far and has been better since taking smaller meal each time.
When I had gas problem before, I asked my doctor friend what I could have. She said "mint" will help. Eg peppermint tea, a mint sweet. With my last pregnancy, the mint sweet solved my morning sickness problem but not this time ...
