I want to employ a new maid who terminated by employer and she has to go back PH this week. She said her madam already send termination letter to immigrate without give one copy to her. Can I check with immigate whether she is back list case ? What procedure if I want to hire her (do by myself) ? Is this require more info than change employer with finished contract case ?

我地6月會move到澳門,想問下如果要帶印印工人(2007年9月請,2009年9月完約),有何手續?.又如果我地唔帶過去,是否交回給agent,等agent再幫佢搵新僱主,但 angent是否會收印印手續費?又如果我地自己幫佢揾新僱主呢?

想請返舊工人,但佢未完約 - 要返去菲律賓嗎?

我個印印做半年,今日話要resign. 我以前個菲菲想返做,佢已經比一個月通知現顧主.Mrs Rose, 有問題想請教:
Both me & my husband need to work at day time & my 2 old dogs always barking when nobody home even 1 hour( Management company send me warning letter before) This is the main reason I need to have a maid in urgent. We haven't go out with whole family ( with my son ) in holiday for a long time, at least 1 people must stay home.
1. She need to back Phil? How about Macau?
2. If she leave her employer in around 20April, when she can arrive my home if she really need to back Phil? My Indo maid agree leave around end of April.
3. Is there any way can speed up the application?

Please help. Thank you very much

我發現屋企菲傭預先將幾袋野放係後樓梯,放假出門時拎出街,我那次沒有即場揭發她,因我當時唔知應點做,又或者d野不是我們的那又點算. 現在我會留意佢下次放假有沒有同樣咁做.我想問如果我發現佢只係偷d"濕星"野,我應點做呢? 又或者佢偷重要野而係我唔可以接受的,我會即時炒佢,咁係咪就叫佢執哂野返agency度,仲有咩手續同要留意架? 係咪都要賠一個月比佢??若我即時出後樓梯要求睇佢d野,會唔會佢只係有野唔想比我地知而唔係偷野?? 咁之後關係咪會好怪? 你有咩提議呀? 十分感謝!!

印尼工人去澳門無問題，詳情要問澳門勞工部。
agent再幫佢搵新僱主,agent當然是會收印印手續費。
如果你地自己幫佢揾新僱主，最好首先問左印尼領事館俾唔俾工人自己攪手續，先好幫佢搵。

(1) Pls adv if the timing is OK for above arrangement
(2) She needs to leave HK within 14 days upon her
last working days. If our case, Does she need
to go back to Philippines first and then come back
again or u can work with us immediately.

ANS: The timing should be ok. The helper should be able to get her visa for your employment without having to return to Philippines. However, its still subjected to Immigration approval.

ANS: Terminated will not be black listed, I doubt also the immigration can release such details to you.

Process is to start at the Philippine Consulate first and then to the HK immigration.

Terminated maid have to go through a approval process.

ANS: She will need to exit Hong Kong while waiting for her new visa to be approved. Macau can be a choice.

ANS: You should start your application now so she may make it to work for you in end April.

ANS: Process at HK immigration takes up to six weeks. You can send a letter to ask for urgent processing of your visa.[/quote]

急急急!請問本人菲傭將在10/4/2008約滿(以passport內蓋印日計)
但她的passport的到期日將會在31/3/2009,passport不夠兩年應怎樣去辦續約手續及程序!
怎樣續約???

KKJ,
工人Passport 03/2009年到期無問題架，先去領事館做好合約，係10/4前填好入境處續約用既Forms，另帶同正本地址證明及入息副本，去入境處攪續約即日有取。至於Passport係到期前一個月即2/2009或工人出境回鄉放假或去China/Macau前就要去領事館做Renew passport手續，然後帶同新及舊Passport出境，回來時入境處會自動俾Visa至4/2010完約架啦。

Thanks for yr replied.

I would re-cfm when will she need to back to Phil. if
the timing for applying the working is OK.
In my case, as it it the 1st time I employ a maid,
I should let the maid to arrange the working visa directly
or it's better to thru a agency.

請問, 如果我將未完約工人transfer比我朋友, 我須唔須要一個月通知工人呀. transfer後, 工係係唔係必須要先返回原居地才可返香港跟我朋友工作?

我係13/3巳覆你如下:
1. kung yoin = helper (supposed to be kung yan)
2. panjan = long (correct spelling panjang)
3. umut = age ( correct spelling umur)
4. selamat panyang or selamat panyany = congratulation for long (maybe it is a birthday wish)
