I agree with beselsel too!

Breastmilk is easier to digest by bb, that's why they get hungry faster than formula fed bb.

However, each bb gets his/her schedule on stop overnight feeding gar! While Aiden was breastmilk fed, he stop overnight feeding at around week 6, but a friend of mine, her son (drink forumla) won't stop overnight feeding until 6 months ah!

Aiya...both my family doctor and the pedi are on holiday...what a coincident!!

The nurse of my family doctor asked me to call my ob who should able to help. In the mean time, I called the breastfeeding clinlic number which Tchu provided. And yes...it is thrush! My ob called me back, he faxed me a prescription and told me I can also buy the Gentian Violet to kill the yeast.

Shopper Drug Mart told me Gentian Violet is discontinued...huh? Then I called Walmart pharmacy...they can place order for me...will arrive Monday...sigh**
Then I called a nearby IDA, they can order it for me too...will get it tomorrow afternoon. Looks like I don't have any choice...kind of bad luck!!!

我果時都係睇bb出世醫院個KIDS CLINIC, 因為bb 個口都會有THRUSH, 要一齊treat先可以好番. 醫生就幫我開埋MAMA 0既藥.

我都聽過藍藥水係work, 人奶顧問ee話食得ge tim. 但新一代醫生唔會用, 我唔知點解. 醫生開0左nystatin比我同bb

除0左搽膏膏, 可以用開希0既vinegar加水, 1tb vinegar 開一碗水, 餵完bb 用cotton ball 印乾淨, 再等佢乾, 會有幫助整死d yeast.

吓⋯⋯食formula都食夜奶食到6個月呀？！

我亞媽成日話我滿月時就戒0左夜奶，所以成日催我幫個女戒，又成日問佢係咪食唔飽、餵0左幾多、點解咁快肚餓⋯⋯佢都唔明食人奶就係食無定時，成日就想我establish個routine，話會好揍0的。我覺得，我都放成年產假，又唔係趕住返工要夜晚訓到足，駛乜咁急戒夜奶呢？

Hi everymama,
Aiden's cereal strike is finally over, he starts eating more cereal during lunch and dinner.

As Aiden's baba wanna spend more time with Aiden. My last month of parental leave will transfer to him,

and I will get back to work in mid-April.

However, I do have internet access at work, so I can still visit BK at work!

Hi Queen, yup! That's what my friend told me, I was shocked when hear it. Hope Cheryl will skip overnight feeding and sleep thru the night soon, so you will have a good sleep la.

Nathan can stopped his midnight meal while he was 2 months (but he was having formula supplement at night) but my 99 said is better wake him at around 3 or 4 am to feed him a little bit, at least he can have enough meal a day.
when he was 3 or 4 months old we start him schedule with overnight sleeping as 7am, 11, 3pm, 7, 11pm then overnight. and he was taking almost 6 to 7 oz per meal and so my breast milk was not enough for him and he only had breast milk at 11am and 3 pm only within the day routine. (since I only pump my breast milk out, and that could be the reason why my milk flow was less).

Queen and all mama, keep up your breast feeding if possible, I found Nathan is getting darker after eating formula ...

but lucky he is a boy and not really a matter

你講得啱. 唔係人人都明白餵人奶0既辛酸0既堅持. 長輩通常會有自己一套, 又好想你聽佢地講.

你mammy都係想你休息多d, 又覺得bb feed on schedule再戒夜奶. 應該會好揍d. 其實好唔好揍0既最大關鍵始終係mama身上, 如果你唔係你mammy面前complain 你好攰, (係公到complain 好啦

) , mama又爭取機會休息, 佢會唔會無0甘擔心呢? 不過自己mama, 應該易話為d.

我個人覺得, bb 食到, 瞓到, 長肉, 就好揍啦, 起碼你到5,6個月果時, 佢中意食野, 唔洗成個幾兩個hr先餵一餐粥仔。　

而家０既辛苦，係值得ga!! 辛苦都係頭個幾個月, 到大d, 佢真係唔洗食0甘多, 佢會自己減. 好快捱過啦. 加油~~

好野!!! 0甘就好啦. 你除0左糊仔有無比其他肉菜bb食呀?

我bb佢最近食野唔係好正經. d 口味又變0左. 同aiden 一樣, 之前食成碗幾兩碗0既粥仔, 佢食幾啖又唔要. 糊仔又係, 芝士又係....但佢竟然食飯, 中意食我碗白飯, 今晚又食0左成碗白飯mix brown rice. 再加雞同日本籃瓜.

我有d 方法對傅d 食食下令來令去0既bb, 雖然個個b唔同, 但可以參考一下.

6,7個月果時, 餵到0甘上下, 我會比d spoon 佢自己拎住. 佢玩個spoon, 我就餵佢. 比佢自己學下拎隻spoon.

最近, 佢食食下又唔要, 但好明顯係未食夠, 我會用大人0既餐具餵佢, 佢又中意ga bor, 以為食野我地d 食物. hahaha

try 唔同0既食物combination, 我個人覺得好緊要. 8,9個月可以多d texture, 唔洗咩都ground. 我試過連續幾日都比粥仔, (唔同配料) 但bb即刻唔多高興. ... 要轉煮粉粉. 本來我唔多想煮粉粉, 因為餵到好messy, 但無計....大少大哂.

我之前都係用泵的人奶媽，雖然好彩夠奶比Aiden食，但都試過奶量緊緊夠的時侯。其實我o地o既BB可以有"媽咪牌"飲，已經好好o家啦! 總之比得幾多得幾多。你已經好叻啦!

Hello OwenJ mama,
D糊仔係有加蛋黄同菜蓉，所以應該ok呱！

其實Aiden都有同OwenJ差不多情形，想食大人的食物。所以當我食飯時，如果Aiden真係眼金金咁望住我Do野食，我會比D淨飯或凈麵包佢食。見到佢個滿足樣，真係好想笑。
在你FB見OwenJ落樓梯，佢好醒呀!

好多謝大家關心！

Marcus口裡面啲white patches已經退咗，而diaper rash都好好多，雖然好多postings都話哩啲嘢係影響唔到BB，因為唔會痕，又唔會痛，但係始終都唔放心！

我就已經冇痛，不過結焦有啲痕。我finally都冇買到Gentian Violet，都係因為唔放心比BB食落肚，而家醫生寫咗藥膏比我搽。

最慘嘅係冇餵咗差不多一個星期人奶！！！痛唔係最辛苦，但係阿仔會啜到我bleeding，新皮生返又損過，最唔想就係阿仔會食埋啲血，都幾disgusting！泵都唔得，都係會bleeding，最後只可以用手慢慢擠，但係可能咁就stimulate唔到做奶，所以哩幾日都冇乜供應，今晚好啲就試泵吓...得2安！

好唔甘心放棄！不過醫生就話Marcus都食咗6個月，95％人奶嘅benefits已經得到咗，而且都要introduce solid food，以後嚟緊solid food嘅吸收會比較重要。我而家15/16，如果泵完之後啲奶返嚟我就繼續啦！

戒夜奶我就覺得順其自然啦，BB唔餓都唔會醒，你點安排都冇用！通常如果最夜餐奶食得多啲，半夜就唔會咁容易醒。我兩個仔都要過咗3個月先戒到。而家又唔係比賽，早啲戒都冇獎㗎！Auntie都係心痛你冇得好瞓啫！

你好叻啦~~你同MARCUS都無野就好啦. 果時我都攪0左好耐. 果時我仲成日自己嚇自己, 會唔會發炎要做手術割膿.....ayia.

開始0左有排卵, harmone有變都有影響, 所以未必係因為0甘所以少0左. 到時marcus 食solid, 你自自然都會少D SUPPLY.

我果時都唔覺意比bb 食0左d 有血污染0既奶奶, 後來怕係bb流血, check d 書, 又問consultant, 先知係自己流血. d個sitation都好common, 特別係bb latching得唔好. d 血如果唔係多, 對bb係無大影響, 佢自己會係poo poo 排番出泥. 你係唔係用手pump? madela harmony? 我幫你問下你個case 用pump 清or 餵身食會快d recover.

tchu mama, mid - april have to back to work lar? by then, you might miss aiden so much.
I was so missing Nathan now everyday in work too gar. All I can do, is keep his picture around, every month with a latest photo update .
