U really understand them very well...they are like that!

My one is a mature person & I trust her but I still request her to sign me agreement.
I draft her a letter & put down her report date .....I wrote their is...if she can't report to her job within7days, we (she & me) agree that it represent that she resign from her job without any further notice......

I talked to her nicely b 4 I let her sign & hope she can understand that I really can't wait for her as I also have a job.

If your maid is ok, I will suggest u keep her 2more year law~!

As our bb is still too small to make their complain....I will prefer a old one than a new one!

I know the old one may better than new one. She can speak cantonese and she can communicate with my mum so now I also 15, 16. If I renew her, can you send me your draft letter for my reference.

p.s. I will like to suggest the same as what "Woman" mention.....let her have the injection b 4 she go back (remember to do this at this 1 mth earlier as the Dr. need to inject it b 4 her "period" came!!

My maid can't as she is taking one kind of medicine for her headache & the Dr. said that she can't even take the medicine or injection.

I provided her condoms! :-(
Actually some Philppino refuse to use "dom dom" as catholic is not recommand to use "dom"

yes... I was very scared to take care of her as she was really small in size. She didn't eat well, only 1-2 oz each time in the first month, and vomit a lot. Therefore, I was so upset.
Now, it's really a miracle when we looked back. Have to really thank god!!!
