8個月先開始食兩餐。每餐都食兩碗，有時噹噹陪我地食飯，佢咀仔不停郁又會食白飯，有時都食到兩三湯匙白飯！

Hughes stares at my rice bowl every night! His eyes just follows my eating act, he looks so 渴望, laugh c me!! :lol

Last night, Hughes stared at my rice again! He suddenly 伸手搶我碗飯, 成碗倒了落地!

Hughes was very happy to see his hands full of rice!! Hayes asked "What's happening? 細佬做咩事?"

I am starting to introduce solids for Evan too. Evan now gets 2 tablespoon of cereal. He loves it and always wants more. he also screams for us to give him food when he sees us eating.

You must be tired of pushing kids to eat! But Hei Hei and Kwan Kwan own their very good things which other kids none nei, including very smart IQ!

每日係公司泵到大概12安，6安給噹噹，6安給丁丁。有時好累，想下午係公司唔泵，但諗起可以比丁丁飲，又可以減肥消脂，我就繼續泵。

好耐都無磅過噹噹幾多磅！

噹噹今天有幾聲咳，都係自己衰，呢排放遲起身，無飲椰子油，前排天天飲佢身體好D，無飲一排就NO GOOD！

迫唔到咁多！自己勞氣，小朋友又唔開心。

我呢排真係覺得要迫要鬧小朋友，不如用正面點方法教導！我沒有上什麼3P課程，我只會用獎勵辦法，當丁丁做得好讚佢多點，丁丁真係會乖左。

我都好想上過3P的媽媽分享下點樣教仔。
